Produced from varieties originating from the Mediterranean Basin mainly Alicante (also known as Grenache, Cannonau or Garnacha) but also Carignano, Mourvedre, Sangiovese and Alicante Bouschet. In the glass, it'll show a fairly dark ruby color with whiffs of black cherries, blueberries and fig. On the palate, bright, fresh and smooth with notes of sweet spices and red fruits. Silky in texture with balanced tannins and a solid mineral backbone leading to a lengthy and refreshing finish. Great accompaniment to anything grilled!
