This very solid Burgundian chardonnay has a generous body that's well filled out with lemon curd character. Bright apple and pear notes develop on the nose with a little aeration in the glass. Nice balance of creaminess and lemony freshness at the forthright finish. Made from bought-in grapes from all three Cotes. Drink or hold. 90 points
