The Côtes de Beaune produce some of the worlds finest Chardonnay wines. Wines from the Hautes-Côtes de Beaune are the entry level chardonnays from the area and are meant to be drunk young or aged for five or six years.
Harvested by hand, sorted and destemed.
After a light press of around 4 hours, alcoholic fermentation in oak barrels and
maturation in oak vats for 6 to 8 months.
