The wine is 100% Savatiano, aged entirely in stainless steel. It comes from 50+ year old, unirrigated bush vines, with yields less than 30hl/ha. These old bush vines and limestone soils in Attica give a unique expression of Savatiano that opens with a fragrance of lemon blossom, basil, and flint. The palate delivers fleshy stone fruit, along with mineral notes and refreshing acidity. Delightful on its own but pairs well with broiled white fish.
