Georges Rémy cultivates 4.5 hectares in Bouzy, on the Montagne de Reims, with parcels in Bouzy, Ambonnay, Tauxières, and Louvois. He produces Grand Cru and Premier Cru Champagnes using organic farming and is considered one of Champagne's most talented growers. This is 100% Chardonnay from a hill top single parcel " Les Muits". A Premier Cru Champagne sourced exclusively from the Bouzy terroir, three years on the lees, 0 dosage. This cuvée pairs beautifully with poultry or fine shellfish. Certified Organic
