The “L’Assemblage” is the standard non-vintage (NV) Brut of Pertois-Moriset. The name literally means “The Blend/Blend-mix,” reflecting its nature as a blend of different base wines and reserve wines.
The grape composition: 50% Chardonnay + 50% Pinot Noir.

The Chardonnay presumably comes largely (or at least partly) from their holdings around the Côte des Blancs / Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, consistent with their Grand Cru territory.

The Pinot Noir component likely draws on their other vineyards (they have parcels in the broader Champagne region beyond just Grand Cru Chardonnay).
