The 2024 Gulfi Rossojbleo is a fresh, organic, and aromatic Nero d'Avola from Sicily. Known for its light, easy-drinking style, it features notes of red fruit, citrus peel, and savory herbs, fermented in stainless steel to maintain high acidity and vibrant fruit flavors.
Due to its high acidity and low alcohol, the Rossojbleo is very food friendly. We'd pair with pizza or tomato-based pasta dishes, charcuterie and cured meats, and lighter meat dishes like grilled chicken.
