This classic Cheverny white is made from younger vines planted to chalk, limestone and sandy soils. It was vinified in stainless steel and aged on the lees until bottling. The result is an expressive white with vibrant citrus and stone fruit aromas and flavors, crisp yet lush texture, and lingering minerality on the finish. 85% Sauvignon Blanc and 15% Chardonnay.
