Ercole (Say "Air-Koh-Lay") means "Hercules" in Italian and is an ode to the mighty growers from a cooperative in Monferrato, Piemonte who harvest the grapes for these wines. 80% Cortese, a local Piemonte varietal perhaps best known as the main grape in Gavi, with the remainder split between Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc.
