This Etna Rosso is composed of 80% Nerello Mascalese & 20% Nerello Cappuccio grown organically on Monte Gorna at approximately 670 meters above sea level. The expression in this bottling is intended to be a fresher expression of not just the fruit but of the minerality in these sandy, volcanic soils. Organic farming, hand harvests, and clean, temperature-controlled fermentations in stainless steel. The wines are polished, silky, and deep—a compelling expression of Etna terroir.
