The appellation of Vouvray in the Loire Valley is devoted to Chenin Blanc in all of its glory, producing wines from dry to lusciously sweet, still to sparkling. This dry Vouvray from a family run Domaine, is unctuous and rounded with layers of gorgeous fruit and an underlying refreshing acidity. Chiseled minerality and ripeness on the palate combine in the most fantastic of ways! The wines of the estate are made from organic vines. No herbicides or insecticides are used. Floor maintenance is done mechanically, using ploughs and tools with intercep blades.
