A classic food riesling from Alsace in France. Fine and complex nose, notes of lemon and spices with small smoky touches, soft attack on the palate then development of ample and full-bodied substance, long finish with a beautiful mineral and smoky trail. This organic wine comes from 70 year old vines and is vinified with indigenous yeast. Aged for 11 months in barrel and then bottled aged 6 years before release.
