Blend of Blanc de Noir (Mourvèdre and Lledonner Pellut) and Blanc de Blanc (Carignan Gris and Blanc, Macabeu). Hand-harvested, fermentation with indigenous yeasts and moderate sulfites. Aged 12 months in used barrels. Slightly rosé-tinged white, with notes of lilac, red berries and citrus. Fresh and slender on the palate, with a fine, spicy bite and lots of minerality.
