“Suivez-Moi-Jeune-Homme”—“Follow Me, Young Man”—is a wonderfully named Provençal rosé with a story as charming as the wine itself. The phrase once referred to the long ribbons trailing from fashionable women’s hats, playfully suggesting an invitation to a young admirer to follow.

Produced by Château des Annibals in the cooler, higher-elevation Coteaux Varois en Provence, this certified-organic rosé is a blend of 55% Grenache, 35% Cinsault and 10% Syrah. Night harvesting and cool fermentation preserve the bright fruit and freshness that define the wine.

Pale salmon-pink in the glass, it offers inviting aromas and flavors of white peach, fresh citrus and delicate Provençal herbs. The palate is dry and refreshing, but there is enough texture and substance to make this much more than a simple summertime sipper.

The 2025 vintage has already earned impressive recognition, including Silver Medals at Millésime Bio and the Concours Général Agricole de Paris, along with 89 points from Bettane+Desseauve.

This is a rosé to enjoy for the upcoming holidays. A beautiful aperitif, but even better at the table.
