Domaine Gassier "Nostre Païs" Blanc 2021 is a beautifully balanced Southern Rhône white from organically farmed vineyards in Costières de Nîmes. A blend of Grenache Blanc, Clairette, and Viognier, it offers vibrant aromas of citrus, white flowers, and pear layered over notes of flint and limestone. Rich enough to satisfy Chardonnay lovers yet crisp enough for Sauvignon Blanc fans, the palate finishes with remarkable freshness and minerality. A terrific value and an excellent companion to seafood, roast chicken, and creamy cheeses.
