Dominio do Bibei “Lalama” Tinto 2022

A beautifully expressive red from the dramatic hillside vineyards of Ribeira Sacra in northwestern Spain. Built primarily around Mencía, with small amounts of traditional local varieties, Lalama combines ripe fruit with the freshness, floral character and mineral edge that make this region so distinctive.

Food Pairings: An exceptionally versatile food wine. Pair with grilled pork or pork tenderloin, roast chicken or duck, lamb, grilled sausages, mushrooms, charcuterie, tapas and aged cheeses. Its bright acidity also makes it an excellent match for tomato-based dishes and Spanish-style roasted vegetables.

Serve: Slightly cool, around 60–64°F. A short decant of 30–45 minutes will allow the wine to open beautifully.
