The non-vintage Blanc de Blancs (100% Chardonnay) from Grand Cru communities of the Cote des Blancs. Fine mousseux and very dry. With salty and mineral notes, paired with hints of brioche and yellow fruits. Classic Grand Cru champagne from the heart of the Cote des Blancs. The vines have a minimum age of 40 years, all qualities are matured in steel tanks and, depending on the quality, mature on the lees for 3-6 years. All champagnes have the minerality and saltiness typical of the Cote des Blancs.
