Queirón embodies the philosophy of the Pérez Cuevas family, who has been focused on the world of wine for four generations. The Tempranillo/Garnacha blend has a mouthful of ripe, dark fruit such as blueberries, blackcurrants, blackberries, redcurrant, plums, cherries and figs all appear only to be replaced by a multitude of spicy notes such as incense, coffee and truffle.
